Getting discharged will depend on your luck with the dice. Each unsuccessful attempt to get discharged will result in added cholesterol to your heart. If your stay here is too long, an operation may be deemed necessary. If you get "discharged" you re-enter the game and continue play, hopefully not much worse off than when you entered.
