Refund requirements:

1. You must e-mail us for a return authorization number with a reason for return.
2. You must include all the pieces the game came with when sending it back. Any returns that are not complete will not be credited.
3. Damaged items will not be accepted for credit.
4. We require you to confirm the delivery of the game to us using postal confirmation.
5. We are not responsible for any shipping costs you incur.
6. You will receive your credit in the way the purchase was made: Credit card or check.
7. We will issue all credits within 30 days of the receipt of the game.
